Burger Hold The Bread.
What weirds me out at lunch time is when I see people do that Atkin's thing. And. By that I mean. You're like at Wendy's. Or. Ranch One. Or. I dunno. A place that maybe has healthier options for food. But. Yeah. You see someone order a triple triple triple cheese burger. So. That's like 27 patties of beef. But. Then. They proceed to take the heel. Or. Whatever the part that isn't the heel of the bun off. And. Then. Just eat the beef. Except. They use utensils to do it too.
I'm not saying being concerned about your weight is a bad thing. I'm pretty sure I don't way the same I used to. Except. You're supposed to combine it with like exercise too. I dunno. And. I don't know what the people do the rest of the time. But. At a glance. It's probably someone who doesn't exercise. And. Probably just read about that diet in a book. Or. Back of a pamphlet somewhere. I've been on diets before. And. Yeah. I don't remember them saying parts about. Not not eating bread. Or. Just eating meat. And. Especially not hamburglers.
And. I forgot to say this before. I don't like Ashton Kutcher. The Punk'd one. The one on that 70's show is ok by me though. But. It's the same ventriloquist sidekick. So. I dunno. And. Whatever happened to that hottie from matchstick men?
