12/17/2001 Entry: "it's all inside your head you know it."

thursday. the 27th of december. david barbarisi. luke skywalker. and i. jared sosa. will embark on a journey to japan that will neither bring us fortune nor fame, and promising nothing but three meager meals a day and shelter, if that. it's a lot like the plot to seven samurai. except they're only three of us. and we're all kind of not samurai. so...

it's probably more like a three stooges plot. i'll end up losing ALL the money and we'll end up with some clever zany way of getting it back and something extra, so my mishap will actually have done us some good.

i got back early friday morning. left VCU at 4 am. luke caught a ride last minute. it was all good.
dropped luke off. got back at 7 am.
it's kinda nice being home. boring at times. yet. carefree.
there's always something to do. the shower sucks. it's like a downward water fountain with hot water. like an elephant urinating. with not much pressure.
and it;s cold. the heat doesn't work all the time.
it will be a merry christmas. i hope my brother mark, who is in jamaica, will also have a happy christmas time.
