i spent a whole day at school. from 8 am to 5pm. yup. all. by. my. se-e-elf. don't wanna be. well. you know the song. i didn't even have to be there the last 2 hours. but. i was. cuz. i didn't wanna go home. its not like i had anything to do there either. it sounds like fun living on your own. well. not completely alone. the roomy. your best friend only so he won't mess with your stuff best friend. but. it'd be cool. and i bet theres plenty to do there, too. cuz you don't have to drive to go anywhere. conveniently placed convenient stores. or. particularly have anything. to do. but. still do stuff.
i was watching this movie called "kokijiro" or something like that. man, that was a great movie. pretty much this kid living with his grandma has nothing to do summer break so he runs away on a trip to meet his real mother. along the way he gets banked by some older kids. then this yakuza guy or something shows up and beats up the teenagers and gets his money back. they form some kinda bond or something and the yakuza guy goes with him on his journey. the kid almost gets molested by an old man, the guy steals a cab but doesn't know how to drive, they get stranded at a bus stop for 2 days, bank a truck driver, meet hot chicks, gamble. its just one wild ride. but. in the end. they find his mother. only to find out she's forgotten about him and she has a new family. so. without saying a word to her, they journey back. man, it was one of those. feel good, fuzzy, warm movies. it was real funny. i should get that on dvd.

that movie rocks my face off. it's kikujiro. starring beat takeshi. or takeshi kitano, who is also in johnny pneumonic with keanu reeves. and he's in a movie called battle royale, look for that. not a feel good movie. but. cool i hear. but yes. kikujiro is wonderful. i rented it on dvd. i hope to own it one day.
