agh, no cable internet access yet

i haven't added to the journal in a few days. my watch is really cool. we were supposed to get cable internet today but there was some stupid rules or something and if only i had a little more time then i would've been able to configure the network correctly but the guy had to go and for some reason he had to take the cable modem back too. so now i think i know what was configured wrong, but i can't try it until we get somebody else to come here. it's so stupid.

we're having a halloween party. my friends are invited. so if you're my friend and you're reading this, then you're invited. if you have to ask whether or not you're my friend, then you're probably not.

big in japan

i saw the pentagon. in person. it's so unreal. and there's a huge chunk missing. and the sides to that big hole are charred and the walls are missing. it's unbelievable. some tourists took pictures of themselves in front of it.

while i was waiting for merman today, a cute girl was walking by and i was looking at her, and then i glanced away for a second and when i turned back she was coming towards me. at first i thought she was gonna beat me up and take my lunch money. she asked me if i went to norview and then if i was alex's friend because she saw me with him and recognized me. then she asked me stuff, like how's college and why didn't i go to tech and stuff like that. then she was going and we did that dumb ackward waving bye even though we were a short distance apart. you know what i'm talking about.

i was so amazed that a cute girl talked to me. merman was so amazed that i could see far enough to be able to tell that she was a cute girl.

somebody said that on the price is right, bob barker has buttons on his microphone that activate the brakes on the wheel. because it almost always stops right before the number that they need. just thought you'd like to know. and the only thing worse then those people who bid $1 is those people who try to spin the wheel slowly to "strategically" land on a number.

some smart alex from an odu computer searched for "dave you're a dork" on killkaraoke.com, so most likely it was either merman or yawn. when i find out who that was i'm gonna....

shiggity strawberry

it's hard to stay awake in class. it's even harder to pay attention in class. i found this cool watch that i wanna get. it's called timex internet messenger. it's really cool. and alex found a cool program called d-player. now i can learn how to dance.

most of the day i played chrono trigger and downloaded d-player stuff and played with the online watch demo. it's really cool. merman writes good stuff. read his entries. oh yeah, i scanned more photos too. i'll put them up soon and hopefully make a music page, plus i gotta start ddr training. and last and probably least, i gotta do some hw, i'm just a little bit behind on that.

it's been about a year.... since i first discovered ddr (dance dance revolution).... and now i'm going back to the place where i found it.... busch gardens..... i have to train..... to defeat genius and whoever else challenges me.....

we played metal slug. we got to stage 3 on a dollar. merman did a lot of studying. after i dropped off merman at his class, i saw cindereva. i hung out with her for an hour (because i had an hour of time to waste). she asked me if i wanted to see her dorm. so naturally, i said ok, and then....

my toe hurts. really bad. i woke up this morning and it was hurting. i don't know what happened to it. it's been hurting all day and it still hurts. let's see how many times i can use the verb hurt in this paragraph.

nice day outside

i got a 92 on my accounting test. woo hoo.

i worked on cleaning up my room some. i went through a bunch of computer disks and looked at what was on them. now i have a pile of stuff on my floor of what i want to get rid of.

it's creepy in the morning when all i hear is the sound of squirrels scurrying around but i can't see them. it's like some scary movie where they're about to jump out and attack me.

cool. rumble armor and rumble traps for the rumble robots. now you can't tell me that isn't cool.

i forgot to mention that today in my computer science class my techer was trying to find out the problem with some source code, and he couldn't find it for a long time, and then he finally found it and he started singing that he found it. it was really funny, he sang for a long time.

another month

i played metal slug all by myself today. i spent only a dollar and got really far. that proves merman was slowing me down. yeah. i knew it all along.
