Postdating Posts... about Dating

Ok first of all, Alex said something about having a Valentine's day application, but it was my idea to turn it into an actual online survey. At the time I didn't think he was going to get that into it. But now he's linked it all over the place and even post dated the post about it just to keep it at the top of the killkaraoke home page until Valentine's day. Post dating posts is lying. Alex is a liar. A great big liar.

Lottery Lollipop.

I did not mention yesterday that I played the lottery. By play the lottery, I mean purchased a scratch ticket. It was a mere two dollar purchase, and it won me twenty dollars. I really won eighteen dollars if you do the math but it is much more fun to say I won twenty dollars. Today I tried again and I won three dollars. If you are thinking to yourself buying lottery tickets is a waste of time, I would like to point out the fact that the only way you can win the lottery is if you play the lottery. Secondly, though this may seem flawed logic, I am supporting the public school systems of Virginia much like the same way smokers support their state and local municipalities with the taxes they pay. However, unlike a smoker there is the possibility of a pay off in relation to the money spent. Lastly, to counter the argument that no one ever wins in the lottery, I will tell a brief anectdote about that. Before my perspicacious friend David went to Japan, he bought a lottery ticket to prove to me that no one ever wins the lottery. He proved himself wrong, because not only was it his first time playing but it was a winning ticket. Additionally, there was some sort of prize multiplier and I think he won triple the amount of what he should have. I guess if there was anything to take from reading this post, it is if you want to support public schools, potentially become rich, and not risk the possibility of contracting (I am not sure if you contract) cancer then buy a lottery ticket.

Dave, if you get a chance you could upload the image of that lottery ticket. It should go here.

In an unrelated story.
Earlier in the day I also bought a lollipop. It was for Gnat times two. She is only five years old. I told her yesterday I was going to buy her one as large as her head, but I was disappointed to find they only come in fractions of children head sizes. I guess I will have to let her know that they do not make lollipops as large as her fivehead. (In case you missed the pun, a fivehead is a play on the word forehead, which sounds like four head.) Telling a kindergartner they have a fivehead probably is not a nice thing to say, but I am confident the lollipop will make up for that.

Vicariously.

There are times when I wish I had a digital camera or a camcorder, especially after reading posts other people have online. Maybe if I wrote stories just as intriguing, I would not have to live vicariously through all their fun activities. Then again, I wonder how fun those same people have when the moment is strictly intended to be boring. If you think about it, it really is not that hard to have fun at a party, bar, or road trip. So, the next time I am stuck in a waiting room, an elevator, or my vehicle on the way to work, I will do my best to make it an event worth photographing or at least making it seem much more exciting as if it were picture worthy.

In case I did though, I would be sure to include captions that do not even remotey convey how much fun was going on. It'd be something like this. I would also to make reference to the event frequently.

Standing around 1945!!!!

So much fun
Oh man. What a crazy day. It was so crazy you had to be there. The craziest standing around holding a sparkler ever. EVER.

G-Unit General.

The G-Unit General said. Whoever says money doesn't change them. Isn't making enough. I believed it when I first heard it. And. I believe it now.
Also. My room is starting to feel like my room. A few more items. And. It'll be where I want to be. But. Use a word that's not few.
My idea for connecting my computer. And. PS2. Didn't work. But. Oh well. It does what I need it to do. Respeck.
What's going on in the ORF? And. In Riach?
