Throw your Diamonds up
When I was watching Run's House on Sunday morning, there was a part where they were talking about diamonds that look like brown sugar. Why would you want diamonds that look like anything other than diamonds?
I saw the "champagne diamonds" almost 3 years ago in a high end jewerly store and I had to have them. They actually cost more than diamonds because they are so rare ( think they come from the mines in Australia). I couldn't afford it then. But my then fiance, now husband, custom designed my wedding ring with a combination of brown and clear diamonds. I was surprised and elated when I saw them, I didn't know he knew I liked them. 2 years later I am still in love with my now wedding set and still get compliments on how unique and exquite my rings are. Look at Hollywood these days no one wears plain diamonds anymore. Probably the same reason why people where plaitinum and titanium rather than just plain, played out gold. ;-)

There's gotta be a threshold though. Like you don't want them to look exactly like brown sugar or else no one would believe they're diamonds. Maybe I could glue brown sugar to a ring and tell people they're diamonds. There has to be a line somewhere between diamonds and brown sugar that you don't want to cross to the brown sugar side. I want my diamonds to look like diamonds. Actually I don't want any diamonds. Something about armless kids or something. I don't know, Kanye told me. Just give me the cash instead.

The brown sugar to diamond spectrum
